GAS & HVAC INSTALLS

• Furnaces: No matter what your need or budget, we have many options to keep you warm. We'll size your space and get you the most effective solution.

• HVAC Add Ons: Having issues with allergies, colds, dry air and possibly other health issues. It could be that your home isn't properly ventilated, filtered or humidified. We install humidifiers, HRVs (Heat Recovery Ventilators), Blue UV lights and EACs (Electronic Air Cleaners)

• Air Conditioning Units: No ducted furnace system is complete without an incorporated AC system. We install AC too.

• Heat Pumps and Mini-Splits: Call us to estimate your needs and find the most appropriate solution.

• Hot Water Heaters: Do you have a rental hot water heater? You're paying too much. The average hot water heater (maintained properly) will last 10-12 years. If you're paying $50 a month, that's $6600 over the lifespan. You'd be saving about 50% owning you own. Choose from traditional tank and tankless options.

• Outdoor Spaces: We can help to bring that dream outdoor space to fruition. Whether you want a gas fire pit, outdoor heater, mesmerizing fire feature or simply the convenience of a BBQ line, we have you covered.

This area of our business, at it current state is geared towards smaller residential projects and supporting the HVAC and Gas installs.

We do however do smaller weekend and evening side jobs at fair rates to which a homeowner may find some savings over bigger commercial options.

MAINTENANCE

Like a motor vehicle, proper maintenance and oil changes is the key to maximizing it's lifespan. It's no different with you home mechanical and gas appliance systems. Either we pay a small annual amount while at the same time keeping your appliance running at maximum efficiently. Or pay probably much more by replacing appliances years before you need to. I'd rather see you annually rather than in an emergency.

Winter Furnace Maintenance ($149) includes:

Changing the filter
Checking internal Safety Components
Checking home Humidity and Temp
Testing of Thermostat
Inspection and Cleaning of Combustion manifold and burners if required
Flue Gas Analysis*
Free Flue Gas Analysis Port Installation on first visit $85 value
Gas Valve Pressure check and adjustment
Inspection and cleaning of Condensate lines
Delta "T" Heat Rise Temp

*Flue gas analysis won't be done by all companies but is included in our fee. It can save you hundreds of dollars in fuel over time and extend the life of your Unit. Knowing your furnace is delivering safe CO & proper O2 and CO2 emissions if peace if mind.

Full Breakdown of fan and condenser covers

SERVICE CALLS

Despite the best laid plans and maintenance, mechanical devices are complex and have many moving and electrical components that can fail unexpectantly over time.

If any gas or HVAC device fails to work, is making odd noises or smells we offer advanced level diagnosis. We have a high success rate in finding the issue, and replacing or repairing the smaller level part instead of replacing the entire Unit.

Scheduled Troubleshooting Appointment: $91.10 + $45 per hour afterwards

Emergency After 6pm-9am Emergency Call out:
$160 call out + 50 per hour afterwards. If you still have electricity I can provide emergency heat.

   It's difficult to answer this question specifically but 911 Heating & Cooling is a private owner / operator business and we strive to provide customer service in a timely way. We give full attention to the project and customer we are committed to working on in the moment. In emergency situations, often within a few hours and generally within 24 hours.

   Again, it's difficult to answer as there are many variables such as product choices, add-ons and difficulty of install that must be considered. The best option is to contact us and arrange an estimate. We offer competitive pricing that may often cost less.
